Watched this korean drama the other day about this girl who likes this handsome, super smart and rich guy.
Gosh I am so angry at the show!
The guy is so handsome and such a genius, but he's such an arrogant snob. And the girl likes him so much that she follows him everywhere. I feel like slapping the guy and shaking the girl. Wake up wake up, see his character beyond his looks damnit!
He keeps playing her heart with signs to show that he likes her, then suddenly becomes mean and ignores her. He's really quite mean to her! And she continues to stick with him.
I keep thinking that the show is trying to portray that girl as annoying and sorry about this, stupid, for allowing herself to settle for such a guy who doesn't even cherish her. Oh well :(
Haha I totally stopped watching the show and I'm never going to complete the series! Yay! I believe a girl's heart matters more than anything else in creation, it's not created for boys to play with like what the show portrays.
There are guys out there who value and respect women for who they are, who protect women instead of hurting them. So girls, don't settle for anyone less than that. Don't have the mentality that if I don't accept this guy no one else will accept me.
Daddy God takes care of you, you are His princess. He only gives the best to His beloved. You can leave even this to Him :)
Your heart, whatever is important to you, matters to Him.
George Macdonald once wrote something amazing. We all know that there's a place in our hearts that only God can fill, nothing else can satisfy our hearts like how Daddy God can.
However, do you know that there's a place in God's heart that only you can fill? No one, nothing else, only you, the sole individual, can fill and complete the Almighty's heart. How awesome is that right :)
Anyway I have a book to recommend! Captivating by John and Stasi Eldredge. The book is awesome :)
Going for a job interview tomorrow! Gonna be a clinic assistant ;)
